FAQ
No. Counsel Ops drafts correspondence for your review. A qualified lawyer at your firm reviews, edits, and takes responsibility for anything that's sent to a client. We provide drafting and workflow support, not legal advice.
We don't process client-identifiable information until a data handling agreement is in place. For your first documents, we recommend using anonymized or placeholder details wherever possible — we'll flag this on intake too.
That's exactly what the review step exists for. Every draft is delivered to you, not your client, with any point requiring your judgment clearly flagged rather than guessed at. One revision round is included with every document.
Not yet. We're deliberately starting narrow — property transaction correspondence — to get the quality right before expanding. Other practice areas are on the roadmap; get in touch if you'd like to be first in line.
No. You can start with a single pay-per-document letter with no commitment. Firms typically move to a monthly plan only after seeing the first draft.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from when we receive your documents and instructions. Ops Partner clients get 24-hour priority turnaround.
A structured AI drafting process built specifically for legal correspondence, with every output reviewed against your instructions before it reaches you. You're always the final reviewer before anything reaches a client.
